研究目的：

探讨局部麻醉下经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者疼痛敏感性与术中疼痛应激反应的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between pain sensitivity and intraoperative pain stress response in osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) patients undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) under local anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.陈旧性椎体骨折； 2.多节段椎体骨折； 3.肿瘤、感染； 4.长期服用非甾体类抗炎药或止痛片； 5.患嗜铬细胞瘤疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Old vertebral fracture; 2. Multilevel vertebral fracture; 3. Tumor, infection; 4. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or painkillers; 5. Pheochromocytoma disease.
