研究目的：

①通过临床随机对照研究探讨头针联合FES不同时序对脑卒中患者步态的影响。 ②利用fMRI技术观察头针联合FES对脑卒中患者大脑各功能区的影响，探讨联合治疗的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

① To explore the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with FES at different time sequence on gait in patients with cerebral infarction through clinical randomized controlled study. ② To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with FES on brain functional areas in patients with cerebral infarction by fMRI technology, and to explore the mechanism of combined treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①此次发病过程中有脑部手术史；②有其他影响步行的肌肉骨关节疾患和神经系统疾患；③有核磁共振检测的禁忌症（比如：体内有金属、心脏起搏器、幽闭恐惧症等）；④合并严重心、肝、肾等疾病；⑤合并有颅脑外伤、肿瘤；⑥有癫痫发作史或被诊断为癫痫；⑦不愿意签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There was a history of brain surgery during the course of the disease; 2. There are other musculoskeletal joint diseases and nervous system diseases that affect walking; 3. There are contraindications for MRI testing (such as metal in the body, cardiac pacemakers, claustrophobia, etc.); 4. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 5. Complicated with craniocerebral trauma and tumor; 6. Have a history of seizures or have been diagnosed with epilepsy; 7. Unwilling to sign the informed consent.
