验证脑卒中后抑郁EMAC综合干预方案的可行性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of EMAC comprehensive intervention program for post-stroke depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴有严重的心、肝、肾等重大躯体疾病，或严重并发症者。 2. 有精神病史者。 3. 正在服用抗抑郁药物治疗，正在参加其他改善抑郁的临床干预或参加过类似临床试验者。 4. 因资料不全等情况影响安全性及疗效判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney and other major somatic diseases, or serious complications. 2. those with a history of mental illness. 3. those who are taking antidepressants, are participating in other clinical interventions to improve depression or have participated in similar clinical trials. 4. the judgment of safety and curative effect was affected by incomplete data.
