研究目的：

本课题拟设定正念冥想组与假正念冥想组，探讨训练前后练习者正念水平、情绪与生活质量的改善，以明确正念冥想训练促进整体健康的效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we set up a mindfulness meditation group and a sham-mindfulness meditation group to investigate the improvement of mindfulness level, emotion and quality of life of the practitioners before and after the training, in order to clarify the effect mechanism of mindfulness meditation training for overall health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇、哺乳期的妇女； 2.有规律练习气功、太极拳等其他心身运动者； 3.有酒精、精神类药物滥用史或精神障碍确诊史及家族史； 4.有幽闭恐怖症或体内有金属植入物等其他磁共振检查禁忌者； 5.患有神经系统、呼吸道、心脑血管等疾病或在服用治疗相关疾病药物； 6.正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Those who regularly practice Qigong, Taijiquan and other psychosomatic exercises; 3. History of alcohol and psychotropic drug abuse or diagnosis of mental disorders and family history; 4. Patients with claustrophobia or other MRI contraindications such as metal implants; 5. Suffering from nervous system, respiratory tract, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or taking drugs for related diseases; 6. Participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.

按照受试者入组顺序将研究对象编为1-48号，据随机数字表得出与纳入顺序相应的随机分配组别分为正念冥想组或假正念冥想组，每组各24例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The subjects were numbered 1-48 according to the order of their enrollment. According to the random number table, the randomly allocated groups corresponding to the order of inclusion were divided into the mindfulness meditation group or the sham mindfulness meditation group, with 24 cases in each group.

盲法：

由不参与实施治疗和评估的研究人员负责信封分配和保管。实验揭盲前，受试者、结局评估者和统计人员均不知道分组情况，当受试者纳入研究时按纳入顺序由干预者拆开与其序号相同的信封并根据其中分组方案治疗。

Blinding：

Envelope distribution and storage will be undertaken by investigators who were not involved in administering the treatments and evaluations. Before the unblinding of the experiment, the subjects, outcome evaluators and statisticians were not aware of the grouping situation. When the subjects were included in the study, the interventionist opened the envelope with the same serial number and treated according to the grouping plan in it.

本研究通过病例记录表(Cinlc Repor Fom，CR收集受试者的相关信息，完成的个案报告表审核后扫描保存为PDF文件，不可修改，如因为特殊情况需要修改，需要说明理由并保存修改痕迹

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study.the relevant information of subjects is colected through the cinical report form(CRF）.The completed case report form will be scanned and saved as PDF file after review,and cannot be modifed. If it needs to be modified due to special circumstances,the reasons shall be explained and the modification trace shall be saved.
