评估时空针灸纳甲法治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性，并对其效应机制进行分析

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of spatiotemporal acupuncture for acute cerebral infarction and analyze the effect mechanisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑出血患者； 2.接受血管内介入治疗的患者； 3.短暂性脑缺血发作有体征但无相关影像学诊断者； 4.既往神经系统受损者； 5.初步评估认为对本试验所用药物药物过敏者； 6.近期有相关类似实验研究者； 7.合并多系统感染及严重并发症患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Patients undergoing endovascular intervention; 3. Patients with signs of transient ischemic attack but no relevant imaging diagnosis; 4. Previous neurological impairment; 5. Initial assessment allergic to the drug used in this trial; 6. Recently, there are related and similar experimental researchers; 7. Combined with multiple system infections and serious complications.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用SAS9.2软件给定种子数，产生三组各36例受试者所接受处理的随机安排，即列出流水号为001—108（流水号与编号相符）所对应的治疗分配。根据随机号顺序编写信封序号，随机信封的编号既是患者入选的顺序号，按照从小到大的顺序依次选择。由质控员按受试者顺序抽取信封内的随机号，打开随机信封，按照随机信封内的提示方法进行操作。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using the given number of seeds, SAS 9.2 software, a random arrangement of 36 subjects in each of the three groups was generated, and the treatment assignment corresponding to the serial number 001-108 was listed. The envelope number is prepared according to the order of random number. The number of the random envelope is the serial number of patients selected in the order from small to large. The quality controller will select the random number in the envelope in subject orde.

盲法：

由于针灸操作的特殊性，本研究采用单盲临床试验：受试患者、研究人员和临床医生不知道分组情况；只有针灸师和不接触患者的研究协调员可以知道随机分组情况。对云南中医药大学第二附属医院针灸科及康复科医生、患者、数据统计和结局评价者设盲，由于针刺干预的特殊性，对参加针灸的医生不设盲。

Blinding：

This study used a single-blind clinical trial: the subjects, researchers and clinicians were not aware of the grouping condition, and only the study coordinator who did not contact the patients were aware of the randomization group. Doctors of the first department of thrombolysis and the second department of thrombolysis and rehabilitation departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and outcome assessors were blinded. Due to the particularity of acupuncture intervention, doctors participating in acupuncture were not blinded.
