研究目的：

比较针刺心包经间使穴对轻度抑郁症患者和健康受试者脑内扣带后回、杏仁核、海马回等种子点功能连接活动影响的差异，探索针刺该穴对抑郁症情绪和认知网络的整合调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The difference of functional connectivuty network which caused by the posterior cingulate cortex, hippocampus and amygdala were analysed by functional connection between the mild depression and healthy subjects. The study is to provide repeatable and deep evidence for regulating recognition dysfunction by needling Jianshi acupoint of Pericardium median and explore the regulating effect of acupoints in emotion and recognition.

排除标准：

排除标准
（1）轻度抑郁症
怀孕或哺乳妇女，患有严重的呼吸、循环、神经、代谢及内分泌疾病，酒精、药物依赖及滥用，经评估有自杀倾向者，双相抑郁、精神分裂症后抑郁及其他抑郁障碍，接受扫描前（1周内）出现躯体疼痛症状（包括痛经）或接受过针刺治疗及有口服药物史，接受扫描前（1个月前）由同一专业针灸师通过针刺应答预试验确定为无针刺反应者或过度针刺反应者，正参加其它临床试验的患者及研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。
（2）健康受试组
接受扫描前（1周内）出现躯体疼痛症状（包括痛经）或接受过针刺治疗及有口服药物史，接受扫描前（1个月前）由同一专业针灸师通过针刺应答预试验确定为无针刺反应者或过度针刺反应者，正参加其它临床试验的患者及研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mild depression subjects
Pregnant or lactating women, patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, neurological, metabolic and endocrine disorders, abusers of alcohol and drug dependence, suicidal tendency by evaluated, patients with bipolar depression, post schizophrenia depression and other depressive disorders, Subjects which were physical pain symptoms (including dysmenorrhea) had not received any acupuncture treatment or oral medication history within 1 week before fMRI scan.Subjects were identified as a non acupuncture response or an excessive acupuncture response by the same professional acupuncturist across the acupuncture response trail before test beginning (1 months ago). Subjects are participating in other clinical trials or are not suitable for clinical trials with other causes by researchers;
(2) Healthy subjects
Subjects which were physical pain symptoms (including dysmenorrhea) had not received any acupuncture treatment or oral medication history within 1 week before fMRI scan. Subjects were identified as a non acupuncture response or an excessive acupuncture response by the same professional acupuncturist across the acupuncture response trail before test beginning (1 months ago). Subjects are participating in other clinical trials or are not suitable for clinical trials with other causes by researchers.
