研究目的：

本研究旨在开发手机端的虚拟儿童患者平台，并与传统的病例教学视频和病例教学手册进行随机对照试验，检验虚拟儿童患者平台在提升中国基层医生儿科常见疾病处置能力的有效性，以促进基层医生及早识别和处理基层儿科常见的疾病。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a mobile-based virtual pediatric patient platform and conduct a randomized controlled trial comparing it with traditional case teaching videos and case teaching manuals. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of the virtual pediatric patient platform in enhancing the ability of Chinese primary care physicians to manage common pediatric diseases, thereby facilitating early recognition and treatment of these conditions by primary care physicians.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

医疗机构的排除标准：专科医疗机构、公共卫生防治机构，民族医学机构、二级以上的医院，以及尚未定级的医院。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for medical institutions include: specialty medical institutions, public health prevention and control institutions, traditional ethnic medicine institutions, hospitals above the secondary level, and hospitals that have not yet been classified.

在纳入研究的机构中，招募符合纳入排除标准的医生549名。 研究对象入组采取随机分配的方式，由独立的统计学家生成随机序列，由研究者或指定的授权人员按照随机序列，将研究对象随机分配到VP试验组、病例教学视频组、病例教学手册组中的一组，获取唯一的随机入组编号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Among the institutions included in the study, 900 doctors who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited. The study participants will be assigned randomly. An independent statistician will generate the random sequence. The researchers or designated authorized personnel will randomly assign the participants to one of the groups: the VP trial group, the case teaching video group, or the case teaching manual group, according to the random sequence. Each participant will receive a unique random enrollment number.
