研究目的：

本研究旨在基于静息态功能磁共振通过深部脑区功能连接的方法引导 rTMS 进行个体化精准定位治疗青少年抑郁，与传统心理治疗方法进行对比，探索和考察新的个体化定位的刺激治疗对青少年抑郁的治疗效果及作用机制，以期为该疾病提供新的治疗手段和更理想的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to realize the individualized treatment of adolescent depression patients based on fMRI deep brain FC-guided method. The exploration of the therapeutic mechanism would provide new treatment methods and better curative effects for the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)磁共振、TMS 禁忌症者。 (2)严重躯体疾病及神经系统等疾病。 (3)精神分裂症，烟草、酒精及其他精神活性物质滥用史。 (4)患者为妊娠期或哺乳期女性或计划妊娠者。 (5)至少半年内服用免疫调节剂和激素制剂，2周内服用解热镇痛类药物。 (6)研究者认为不适宜纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Contraindicated patients with MRI and TMS; (2) Severe physical and neurological disorders; (3) Schizophrenia, history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances; (4) The patient is a pregnant or lactating woman or planning to become pregnant; (5) No immunomodulators and hormone preparations for at least half a year, no antipyretic and analgesic drugs for 2 weeks; (6) Those considered unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.

首先先编写RCT随机化方案，进行顺序编码（随机化方案设计：http://www.randomization.com）。随后，被试进行随机编号之后，再匹配相对应编号的治疗方案（pgACC定位组和心理治疗法）。
