评价利那洛肽在便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the role of linaherotide in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in patients with constipation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者排除标准：（试验前，受试者若满足以下任意一项要求则不可入组）
（1）严重的心肺功能不全、肾功能衰竭或者半年内有脑卒中或心梗病史；
（2）腹部或盆腔外科手术史；
（3）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（4）BMI＞28、BMI＜18.5、炎症性肠病或肠梗阻等肠道准备高危因素；
（5）出凝血功能异常或7天内服用抗血小板或抗凝药；
（6）有结直肠癌的报警症状及体征：便血、黑便、不明原因贫血及体重降低、腹部包块、直肠指检阳性；或影像及实验室检查高度怀疑结直肠癌；
（7）已明确有结肠息肉；
（8）粪便布里斯托评分7分（水状，无固体块），考虑腹泻；
（9）60天内曾参与其他干预性临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of stroke or acute myocardial infarction (within 6 months), severe heart failure (New York Heart Association class II–IV), chronic renal failure (stage 2–5)
(2) history of abdominal or pelvic surgery
(3) patients who were pregnant or breastfeeding during the study period
(4) BMI＞28,BMI＜18.5,risk factors for bowel preparation, such as inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal obstruction
(5) history aspirin, warfarin, or other anticoagulant drugs use, or history of blood coagulation disorders
(6) alarm symptoms and signs of colorectal cancer: hematochezia, melena, anemia of unknown cause and weight loss, abdominal mass, positive digital rectal test; or imaging and laboratory tests with high suspicion of colorectal cancer;
(7) colonic polyps have been identified
(8) Bristol Stool Scale score 7 (watery, no solid mass), considered diarrhoea;
(9) patients who were participating in other clinical trials in 60 days or patients who did not provide written informed consent.

A组：患者需在结肠镜检查前3天每天首餐前30分钟服用1粒利那洛肽（290ug/粒），连服3天，结肠镜当天不服用。在检查前一天晚上20点服用1L PEG溶液，于1-4h内服完；于肠镜检查前6h服用2L PEG溶液作常规肠道准备

Intervention：

A:Patients need to take 1 capsule of linaclotide (290ug/capsule) 30 minutes before the first meal every day 3 days before colonoscopy for 3 days, and do not take it on the day of colonoscopy. Take 1L of PEG solution at 20 o'clock the night before the examination and finish it within 1-4 hours; Take 2L of PEG solution 6 hours before colonoscopy for routine bowel preparation
