研究目的：

通过筛选水平骨量不足行帐篷钉骨增量同期种植的病例，收集术前、骨增量术后即刻、愈合期后的锥形束电子计算机断层扫描数据以测量骨增量区二维宽度及三维体积的变化，并将其效果与Onlay植骨术相对比。  

Objectives of Study：

The conical beam computed tomography data were collected before surgery, immediately after bone increment surgery, and after the healing period to measure the changes in the two-dimensional width and three-dimensional volume of the bone increment area. The results were compared with Onlay bone grafting.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 牙周疾病控制不良患者； 2. 头颈部肿瘤放射治疗或化学治疗史； 3. 尚在孕期或处在备孕期妇女患者； 4. 患有可能影响研究结果的全身性疾病或有相关用药患者； 5. 重度磨牙症、颞下颌关节综合症或其他局部或系统禁忌症患者； 6. CBCT 资料存在多个时间点缺失或测量位点模糊不清者； 7. 重度吸烟者(≥10 支/天)； 8. 重度磨牙或紧咬牙习惯患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor periodontal disease control; 2. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for head and neck tumors; 3. Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; 4. Patients with systemic diseases or related medications that may affect the results of the study; 5. Patients with severe bruxism, temporomandibular joint syndrome or other local or systemic contraindications; 6. CBCT data are missing at multiple time points or the measurement sites are ambiguous; 7. Heavy smokers (>=10 cigarettes/day); 8. Patients with severe teeth grinding or clenching habits.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过填写CRF表，进行数据采集。然后对病例报告表中数据进行核查，发现疑问向研究者询问，根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认；将CRF的数据输入计算机，建立数据库并进行二次检错，数据锁定和储存后，由统计分析人员进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers collect the data by CRF,then check the data in CRF, ask the researchers if there are any questions, and modify and confirm the data according to the answers given by the researchers; after the data is entered into the computer, establish a database and double error detection of data. After the data is locked and stored， it is analyzed by statistical analysts.
