研究目的：

1.比较前牙缺失患者骨弓轮廓内骨增量及骨弓轮廓外骨增量的骨增量效果； 2.探究前牙缺失患者骨增量术后骨稳定性与骨弓轮廓的关系，以指导精准骨增量范围和种植体植入位置设计； 3.及时的评估参加此项研究受试者的牙槽骨情况并指导后续治疗，但本研究对受试者个体没有直接经济利益。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the stability and outcomes of bone augmenetation inside and outside the bone arch contour for patients with anterior tooth loss; 2. To evaluate the relationship between bone stability and bone arch contour in patients with anterior tooth loss after bone augmentation surgery and to guide the precise range of bone augmentation and the design of implant placement; 3. To timely evaluate the alveolar bone condition of the subjects participating in this study but this study has no direct economic benefits to the individual subjects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕妇和哺乳期患者，服用免疫抑制剂的患者，有颈部或头部放疗史的患者； 2. 磨牙症或具有紧咬牙习惯的患者； 3. 缺失牙的对侧同名牙唇侧骨板缺如的患者； 4. 缺失牙的邻牙存在进行性牙周病或根尖周病变的患者； 5. 缺失牙的邻牙唇侧骨板缺如的患者； 6. 患牙进行即刻种植的患者； 7. 缺失牙进行位点保存的患者； 8. 种植位点为尖牙时，远中第一前磨牙缺失的患者； 9. 种植位点骨缺损严重导致需要进行分期种植； 10. 种植体植入后骨愈合完成后出现严重骨吸收导致需要进行二次骨增量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disease treatment or medication history that may influence alveolar bone health during follow-up (such as head and neck radiotherapy); 2. Bruxism or tooth clinching; 3. The buccal bone wall of the opposite homonymous tooth of the implant site was missing; 4. Progressive periodontal disease or periapical disease in the adjacent teeth; 5. The buccal bone plate of the adjacent teeth was missing; 6. Immediate implant therapy; 7. Site preservation before implantation; 8. The adjacent first premolar of the missing canine was extracted; 9. A severe bone defect that indicated staged implant placement; 10. Severe bone resorption during implant healing that indicated secondary bone augmentation surgery.
