研究目的:

利用大数据找寻与龋病发生密切相关的核心微生物群、结合牙颌系统结构化存储大数据和遗传生活背景信息调查,实现临床采样、微生物分析、患者临床信息、牙医诊疗方案等核心步骤的高效整合,制定出有效的个体化预防措施及治疗方法。把对龋病机制的认识与生物大数据和信息科学整合交叉,精确进行分类及诊断,为患者提供更具针对性和有效性的防疗措施。  

Objectives of Study:

By using big data to find the core microflora closely related to the occurrence of caries, combining with the structured storage of big data and the investigation of background information of genetic life in the dental and maxillofacial system, effectively integrating the core steps of clinical sampling, microbiological analysis, clinical information of patients, dental diagnosis and treatment programs, and finally developing effective individual prevention measures and treatment methods. To integrate the understanding of caries mechanism with biological big data and information science, to accurately classify and diagnose, and to provide more targeted and effective prevention and treatment measures for patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)长期服用抗菌素或激素类药物;
2)免疫性疾病;
3)牙齿及全身有发育缺陷;
4)全身系统性疾病或正在进行放化疗;
5) 唾液腺疾病;
6)无牙症;
7) 正在正畸治疗儿童。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Extended use of antibiotics or hormones;
2) Immunological disease;
3) Developmental defect of teeth or body;
4) Systemic diseases or treating with chemotherapy, radiotherapy;
5) Disease of salivary gland;
6) Anodontia;
7) Children under orthodontic treatment.

选择深圳市公立学校学生查体及在社会义诊宣教时募集的方式对自愿参加申报单位附属医院举办的口腔检查的大样本的4-11岁左右的儿童进行随机、分层的抽取方法进行口腔检查和问卷调查。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Raise volunteers who volunteered for oral examinations at the subsidiary hospital of declaring units and at age 4-11 in physical examination of Shenzhen public school students and free medical consultation. Then, stratified random methods of extraction are used for oral examination and questionnaire survey.
