研究目的：

本研究将高流量鼻导管供氧应用于老年患者的胃镜麻醉，观察术中低氧的发生情况，比较高流量鼻导管供氧与常规鼻导管供氧对低氧的改善效果，为老年患者无痛胃肠镜寻求更加安全有效的供氧方式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study applies high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy to gastroscopic anesthesia in elderly patients, observes the occurrence of intraoperative hypoxia, and compares the improvement effects of high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy with conventional nasal cannula oxygen supply on hypoxia, and seek a more safe and effective oxygen supply mode for elderly patients with painless gastroscope.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者存在明显心衰、严重心律失常、不稳定型心绞痛病史； 2.对异丙酚、鸡蛋、大豆或白蛋白过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient had a history of obvious heart failure, severe arrhythmia and unstable angina pectoris; 2. Allergic to propofol, eggs, soy, or albumin.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用随机对照试验方法，按照随机原则对所有受试者进行分组，每组64名患者，共128名患者。随机数由不知晓分组情况的统计人员通过计算机生成随机数分配列表，以1:1的比例，将纳入患者随机分配到研究组（高流量鼻导管供氧组）或对照组（常规鼻导管供氧组），完成对参加研究患者的分组。随机化的结果由不参与本研究的人员密封入不透明信封中。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The randomized controlled trial method was adopted in this study. All subjects were randomly divided into 64 patients in each group, a total of 128 patients. Random number The statisticians who do not know the grouping situation generate a random number allocation list through the computer. At the ratio of 1:1, the included patients were randomly assigned to the study group (high flow nasal catheter oxygen supply group) or the control group (conventional nasal catheter oxygen supply group) to complete the grouping of the patients participating in the study. Randomized results were sealed in opaque envelopes by people who did not participate in this study.
