研究目的：

基于内腔镜手术监测仪开展前瞻性研究探索影响接受经尿道等离子前列腺电切术高危患者术中安全性的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Conducting a prospective study to explore risk factors affecting intraoperative safety profiles in high risk patients undergoing transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate based on endoscopic surgical monitor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、凝血功能障碍或肝肾功能不全不能耐受手术或麻醉者
2.合并有神经源性膀胱,膀胱颈挛缩,膀胱结石或膀胱肿瘤者
3.术前严重的泌尿系感染
4.手术中收集液外漏
5.患者精神障碍或脊柱下肢畸形或功能障碍无法在手术中维持截石位者
6.严重尿道狭窄暂无法行手术治疗者
7.患者拒绝行手术治疗或参与本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, or liver or kidney dysfunction who can not tolerate surgery or anesthesia
2.Patients with neurogenic bladder, bladder neck contracture, bladder stone or bladder tumor
3.Patients with severe urinary tract infection before surgery
4.Collection of irrigation fluid leakage during the operation
5.Patients with mental disorders, or spinal or leg malformation or functional disorders can not maintain lithotomy position during the operation
6.Patients with severe urethral stricture can not be treated with surgery temporarily
7.Patients refuse to accept surgical treatment or participate in this study
