研究目的：

比较研究麻醉门诊评估与传统病房访视两种医疗模式，是否对患者麻醉恢复情况、围术期并发症及医疗费用产生影响。得到麻醉门诊在我院实施效果的真实评价，进一步优化我院麻醉门诊实施；通过国人真实可靠的数据，为本专业同行乃至我国麻醉学科建设提供有价值的参考资料。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether different preoperative evaluation model had an impact on the recovery of anesthesia, perioperative complications and medical costs. Get the real evaluation of the effect of the anesthesia clinic in our hospital, further optimize the implementation of the anesthesia outpatient department of our hospital, provide the valuable reference materials for the construction of our profession and even in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ASA 3级或以上，未在恢复室复苏，首要结局数据缺失的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with America Society Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification score above 2; not resuscitated in the Postanesthetic Care Unit; with missing data of primary outcomes were excluded.
