To explore the value of TRIM7 in the assessment of severity and prognosis of sepsis patients, and provide laboratory index reference for the condition assessment and prognosis judgment of sepsis patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.自身免疫性疾病； 2.有潜在的免疫抑制（如AIDS、治疗中的恶性肿瘤、器官或骨髓移植、药物引起的白细胞减少）； 3.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Autoimmune diseases; 2. Potential immunosuppression (such as AIDS, malignant tumors in treatment, organ or bone marrow transplantation, drug-induced leukopenia); 3. Pregnant women.
