研究目的：

1.基于主动健康的整体观，了解支架术后患者的症状体验，探索冠状动脉支架植入术后患者的症状规律； 2.基于主动健康的科学观，建立“冠状动脉支架植入术后患者的症状管理循证知识库”； 3.基于主动健康的医学观，将前期症状规律、症状管理循证知识库，结合焦点小组访谈，构建冠状动脉支架术后患者症状精准化管理方案，并进行可行性分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the holistic view of proactive health, to understand the symptom experiences of patients after stent implantation, and explore the symptom patterns in patients after coronary artery stent implantation; 2. Based on the scientific concept of proactive health, to establish an evidence-based knowledge base for symptom management of patients after stent implantation; 3. Based on the medical concept of proactive health, an evidence-based knowledge base will be combined with the former symptom patterns and the focus group interviews to construct a precise symptom management programme for patients after coronary artery stenting, and feasibility analysis will be conducted.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.纵向研究 排除标准： （1）伴随其他严重疾病、恶性肿瘤、终末期、透析患者； （2）间歇性精神异常者。 2.质性研究 医务人员方焦点小组访谈排除标准： （1）不能在指定时间内参加焦点小组访谈； （2）不能用普通话或其他发言交流； （3）实习或者进修的医护人员。 患者方焦点小组访谈排除标准： （1）不能在指定时间内参加焦点小组访谈； （2）不能用普通话或其他发言交流。 3.可行性分析 排除标准： （1）伴随其他严重疾病、恶性肿瘤、终末期、透析患者； （2）间歇性精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Longitudinal study Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other serious diseases, malignant tumors, terminal stage, and dialysis; (2) Intermittent mental disorders. 2.Exclusion criteria for focus group interviews of medical personnel in qualitative research: (1) Cannot participate in focus group interviews within the specified time; (2) Cannot communicate in Mandarin or other languages; (3) Medical and nursing personnel who are interns or refreshers. Exclusion criteria for focus group interviews on the patient side: (1) Cannot participate in focus group interviews within the specified time; (2) Unable to communicate in Mandarin or other languages. 3.Exclusion criteria for feasibility analysis: (1) Patients with other serious diseases, malignant tumors, end-stage, and dialysis; (2) Intermittent mental disorders.

选取衡阳市某三甲医院心内科冠心病支架术后患者40例为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组。具体随机方案：1.编号：将研究对象按入院先后顺序进行编号（01-40号）；2.产生随机数：从随机数字表的第2行第1列开始依次取40个随机数（重复数字跳过）赋予患者编号，再将随机数由小到大依次编号；3.随机分组：规定随机数字秩次1-20为对照组，21-40为干预组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 40 patients with coronary heart disease after stenting in a tertiary hospital in Hengyang City will be selected as the study subjects. They will be divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method. Specific randomization scheme: 1. Number: Number the research subjects in order of admission (01-40); 2. Generate random numbers: Starting from the second row and first column of the random number table, take 40 random numbers in sequence (skip repeated numbers) and assign them to the patient number, then number the random numbers in ascending order; 3. Random grouping: A random number rank of 1-20 is designated as the control group, and 21-40 is designated as the intervention group.
