明确星状神经节阻滞对老年患者围术期睡眠和认知功能的影响，探索改善老年患者围术期认知功能的干预技术。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of stellate ganglion block on perioperative sleep and cognitive function of elderly patients, and to explore intervention techniques to improve perioperative cognitive function of elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、中枢神经系统疾病病史；2、严重凝血功能障碍；3、颈部畸形或拟行颈部手术； 4、严重心肺疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of central nervous system diseases; 2. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 3. Neck deformity or proposed neck surgery; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease;

利用软件SPSS 26产生随机序列，分配比例为1:1，一名与研究无关的麻醉护士通过准备密封的不透明信封进行随机分配。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random sequence is generated by the software SPSS 26,the distribution ratio was 1:1. An anesthetic nurse unaffiliated with the study randomly assigned patients to Treatment group and Control group by preparing sealed opaque envelopes.
