研究目的：

本研究计划以脓毒症患者、病原感染性疾病患者为主要研究对象，针对本合作团队成员原创发现的一类新型DAMP类炎症因子，检测病患体液中（包括血清或血浆、尿液、脑脊液等。目前可以以血清样本检测为首要目标）此类新型炎症因子的含量，分析新型炎症因子与脓毒症和病原感染患者发病状况的相关性，分析新型炎症因子的检测在此类病患的（1）早期临床诊断、（2）病程监控、以及（3）预后判断等方面的临床应用潜能，探索其被应用于相关疾病临床检测的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to take patients with sepsis and patients with pathogenic infectious diseases as the main research objects. Aiming at a new type of DAMP-like inflammatory factor originally discovered by the members of the cooperative team, detect the inflammatory factors in the patient's body fluids (including serum or plasma, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid). etc. At present, serum samples can be used as the primary target to detect the content of such new inflammatory factors, analyze the correlation between new inflammatory factors and the onset status of patients with sepsis and pathogenic infection, and analyze the effect of the detection of new inflammatory factors on such patients (1) Clinical application potential of early clinical diagnosis, (2) disease course monitoring, and (3) prognosis judgment, etc., and explore its value in clinical detection of related diseases.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未满足上述入选标准的样本； 2.样本收集/保存不当不能用于检测者； 3.检测前发生样本污染。 4.孕产妇； 5.临床资料不完善者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Samples that do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Improper collection/storage of samples that cannot be used for testing; 3. Sample contamination occurs prior to testing. 4. Maternity; 5. Those with incomplete clinical data.
