研究目的：

1 通过阐明脑卒中患者存在上肢痉挛时的中枢皮质活动和外周行为学表现的交互关系，探索脑卒中后痉挛状态的中枢调控机制。 2 通过明确tDCS干预健侧PMC区改善脑卒中后上肢痉挛及促进运动功能的临床效应及作用机制，验证健侧PMC区异常激活影响上肢痉挛状态，为痉挛上肢的康复治疗提供新靶点和科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the central regulatory mechanism of spasticity by studying the interaction between central cortical activity and peripheral behavioral manifestations in patients with upper limb spasticity after stroke . 2. By studying the clinical effect and mechanism of tDCS intervention in healthy PMC area which might improve upper limb spasticity and promote motor function after stroke, to verify the influence of abnormal activation of healthy PMC area on upper limb spasticity. It will providing a new target and scientific basis for rehabilitation treatment of upper limb spasticity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定； 2.服用肌肉松弛剂或抗痉挛药物； 3.小脑或脑干区梗死； 4.与上肢骨折或非肌肉痉挛相关的关节活动受限； 5.有tDCS禁忌症或其他不能配合本实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Taking muscle relaxants or anti spasmodic drugs; 3. Cerebellar or brainstem infarction; 4. Limited joint activity related to upper limb fractures or non muscle spasms; 5. Patients with tDCS contraindications or other inability to cooperate with this experiment.
