研究目的：

观察高压氧舱下针刺头部穴位治疗缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍（PSCI）的临床疗效，以此验证高压氧下针刺头部穴位治疗缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效，为缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍提供可靠的、高效的临床治疗方案。观察高压氧环境下是否可提高针刺头部穴位的临床疗效及安全性、适用性。预期通过本研究证明高压氧舱下针刺头部穴位治疗脑梗后认知功能障碍患者能提高治疗的有效性、安全性。根据反馈信息提出中西医结合治疗脑梗后认知功能障碍更高效的临床方案，建立可向各地区各级康复机构推广的优化方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at scalp points under hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of post ischemic stroke cognitive dysfunction (PSCI), in order to verify the efficacy of acupuncture at scalp points under hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of post ischemic stroke cognitive dysfunction, and to provide a reliable and efficient clinical treatment plan for post ischemic stroke cognitive dysfunction. To observe whether hyperbaric oxygen can improve the clinical efficacy, safety, and applicability of acupuncture at head points. It is expected that this study will prove that acupuncture at the scalp under the hyperbaric oxygen chamber can improve the effectiveness and safety of treatment for patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction. Based on the feedback information, propose a more efficient clinical plan for the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and establish an optimized plan that can be promoted to rehabilitation institutions at all levels in various regions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除脑卒中之外其他因素导致的认知障碍等疾病：例如如脑外伤、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等； 2.病情进行性恶化，病情不稳定，不能坚持针刺头部穴位治疗的； 3.存在意识障碍、精神障碍或抑郁症的患者； 4.合并严重的心、肝、肾功能障碍； 5.严重的视、听、说或心理功能障碍不能配合评定测试的； 6.经高压氧专科排查，有高压氧治疗禁忌症的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excluding cognitive impairment and other diseases caused by factors other than stroke, such as brain trauma, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc; 2. Progressive deterioration of the condition, unstable condition, and inability to adhere to acupuncture treatment at the head acupoints; 3. Patients with consciousness disorders, mental disorders, or depression; 4. Concomitant severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe visual, auditory, speaking, or psychological impairments that cannot be evaluated and tested; 6. If there are contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen treatment after investigation by a specialized hyperbaric oxygen specialist.

第三方研究人员采用SPSS统计软件随机生成随机数字分组表，按照1:1:1:1的比例将入选病例随机分配到针刺头穴组、高压氧舱组、针刺头穴高压氧分次组、针刺头穴高压氧同时组。随机数字表按要求进行保存。

盲法：

Blinding：

Outcome assessors are blinded to treatment allocation.The clinical evaluation will be conducted by senior attending physician assessors who are not aware of the treatment allocation. Assessors will receive an in-depth evaluation training program, and due to the nature of the intervention, participants and staff are not allowed to disclose grouping information. An employee outside the research team will input the data into the computer in a separate data table, so that researchers can analyze the data without obtaining allocation information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）病例报告表 病例报告表的记录要求：为保证数据的完整性、准确性、真实性，研究者必须在每个访视点按时填写病例报告表，及时完成数据记录；病例报告表如须做任何修改时只能划线，并将相应修改后数据填在附近空白区域，并亲笔签名和写明日期，不得随意涂改或覆盖原始数据。 （2）电子采集管理系统：各相关性指标结果应用EpiData 3.02软件录入电脑，建立Excel数据库

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Case Report Form The recording requirements of the case report form: To ensure the completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of the data, researchers must fill out the case report form on time at each visit point and complete the data recording in a timely manner; If any modifications need to be made to the case report form, they can only be crossed out, and the corresponding modified data should be filled in the nearby blank area, signed and dated by hand. The original data should not be arbitrarily altered or overwritten. (2) Electronic collection and management system: The results of various related indicators should be inputted into the computer using EpiData 3.02 software, and an Excel database should be established.
