探究低强度红光对青少年近视人群视网膜功能的影响  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the effect of low intensity red light on retinal function in adolescents with myopia

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

哺光仪(近视弱视综合治疗仪)训练,2次/d,3min/次,对眼部照射,2次间隔4h以上。连续随访12个月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Training with a light feeding instrument (comprehensive treatment instrument for myopia and amblyopia), 2 times per day, 3 minutes per time, for eye irradiation, with an interval of more than 4 hours. The patients were followed up for 12 months. 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)严重屈光间质混浊者;
(2)滴用低浓度阿托品;
(3)眼底病变者;
(4)严重斜视患者;
(5)严重干眼者;
(6)内外眼有其它器质性病变者;
(7)光过敏者;
(8)畏光者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Severe refractive interstitial opacity;
(2) Dropping atropine with low concentration;
(3) Fundus lesions;
(4) Patients with severe strabismus;
(5) Severe dry eyes;
(6) Other organic lesions in the inner and outer eyes;
(7) Photosensitive person;
(8) A photophobic person.

随机化序列由内蒙古朝聚眼科医院设计产生,选用SPSS 26.0版统计软件(seed=20 000)产生包括受试者编号,135个随机数字和随机分组组别的分配序列表作为盲底交由研究者保存。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The randomized sequence was designed and generated by Chaoju Eye Hospital in Inner Mongolia. SPSS version 26.0 statistical software (seed=20000) was used to generate an allocation sequence table including subject number, 135 random numbers, and random grouping groups as a blind base for the researcher to save.
