分析老年脑卒中患者发生衰弱的影响因素，基于决策树构建及评价老年脑卒中患者衰弱风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the influencing factors of frailty in senile stroke patients, and the frailty risk prediction model for senile stroke patients was constructed and evaluated based on decision tree.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在语言或沟通障碍，不能正确理解或回答问题者； 2.有认知功能障碍或精神疾病史； 3.合并有严重感染、器官功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤等其他严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are language or communication barriers, unable to correctly understand or answer questions; 2. Have a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 3. Severe infection, organ failure, malignant tumor and other serious diseases.
