探究院内3周动态平衡训练对卒中后偏瘫患者步行功能的影响效果及潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and potential mechanism of 3-week in-hospital dynamic balance training on walking function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 溶栓治疗及脑出血手术； 2. 病情恶化出现新的梗死或出血，重度脑水肿或昏迷等情况； 3. 既往运动功能障碍； 4. 除脑卒中外的其他神经系统疾病； 5. 重要脏器功能减退或衰竭； 6. 失语； 7. 并发恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Thrombolysis and intracerebral hemorrhage surgery; 2. New infarction or hemorrhage, severe cerebral edema or coma, etc.; 3. Previous motor dysfunction; 4. Neurological diseases other than stroke; 5. Functional decline or failure of vital organs; 6. Aphasia; 7. Concurrent malignant tumor.
