Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the influence of cognitive function on medication compliance in patients with H-type hypertension; 2. Effects of B vitamins and prebiotics on blood homocysteine concentration in H type hypertension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在意识障碍、失语或听力障碍等，无法配合认知功能评估； 2.存在肾功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have consciousness disorder, aphasia or hearing impairment, etc., unable to cooperate with cognitive function assessment; 2. Patients with renal dysfunction.
