研究目的：

证明芪景解毒方改善Long Covid伴疲劳患者的临床症状，提高心肺耐力及生活质量；明确芪景解毒方改善Long Covid伴疲劳的临床疗效与缓解机体过度抗炎免疫反应，减少脂肪酸、氨基酸耗竭及蛋白质分解相关。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is to demonstrate that Qijing Jiedu decoction (QJJD) improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Long Covid, increase cardiopulmonary endurance and quality of life. To clarify the clinical efficacy of QJJD is related to alleviating excessive anti-inflammatory immune response, reducing fatty acid and amino acid depletion and protein decomposition.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合其中一项排除标准的个人将不符合我们的研究项目的条件: （1）肺栓塞； （2）心肺运动测试或运动训练的绝对和相对禁忌症； （3）低强度运动时明显心律失常或缺血，严重肺动脉高压； （4）严重肺部疾病(如慢性阻塞性肺病、严重的Covid-19相关症状、严重哮喘)； （5）近期发生心血管事件（心脏失代偿、血管成形术或心脏手术时间小于4周，需要手术矫正的心脏瓣膜病、心包炎、各类心律失常引起的乏力)； （6）需要透析的肾衰竭； （7）纽约心功能(NYHA)分级Ⅳ级，或者合并恶性心律失常反复发作者； （8）药物导致的肌肉萎缩，如类固醇或神经肌肉阻滞药物； （9）代谢相关疾病（例如高血糖、营养不良），电解质紊乱引起的乏力； （10）肌痛性脑脊髓炎/慢性疲劳综合征； （11）对研究药物已知成分过敏者； （12）拒绝签署知情同意书； （13）近三个月参加其他临床试验或使用中药（中成药）者.

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with one of the exclusion criteria will not be eligible for our research project: (1) Pulmonary embolism; (2) Absolute and relative contraindications to cardiopulmonary exercise testing or exercise training; (3) Obvious arrhythmia or ischemia during low-intensity exercise and severe pulmonary hypertension; (4) Severe pulmonary diseases (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe COVID-19-related symptoms, severe asthma); (5) Recent cardiovascular events (cardiac decompensation, angioplasty or cardiac surgery less than 4 weeks, valvular heart disease requiring surgical correction, pericarditis, fatigue caused by various arrhythmias); (6) Renal failure requiring dialysis; (7) Patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) class Ⅳ or recurrent malignant arrhythmia; (8) Drug-induced muscle atrophy, such as steroids or neuromuscular blocking drugs; (9) Metabolic diseases ( such as hyperglycemia, malnutrition), and weakness caused by electrolyte disturbances; (10) Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome; (11) Allergic to known components of study drugs; (12) Refusal to sign informed consent; (13)Those who participated in other clinical trials or used Chinese medicine (proprietary Chinese medicine) in the last three months.
