研究目的：

引进修订版慢性疼痛分级量表（Graded Chronic Pain Scale-Revised,GCPS-R），根据我国的文化背景对量表进行汉化、修订，建立中文版GCPS-R；对中文版GCPS-R进行信效度分析，评价该量表在我国慢性疼痛人群中的适用性，为补充适合我国慢性疼痛人群的疼痛评估工具提供研究基础。 应用中文版 GCPS-R 量表对慢性疼痛人群疼痛分级进行现况调查，并研究慢性疼痛人群行为模式、心理状态、护理需求和心理应对状态四方面的现状，进一步深入分析疼痛分级对上述四方面的影响，以及之间存在的相关联系，为医护人员对不同分级慢性疼痛人群的健康教育和相关照护指导提供参考，为科学评估我国慢性疼痛人群状况提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The revised version of the Graded Chronic Pain Scale-Revised (GCPS-R) was introduced, and the Chinese version of the scale was Chineseized and revised according to the cultural background of China. The Chinese version of the Gwinnett County Pain Scale (GCPS-R) was adapted to the cultural background of China, and a reliability analysis was conducted to evaluate the applicability of the GCPS-R to the chronic pain population in China, and to provide a basis for the development of a suitable pain assessment tool for the chronic pain population in China. The Chinese version of the GCPS-R was applied to investigate the current pain classification of the chronic pain population, and to study the behavioral patterns, psychological status, and nursing care of the chronic pain population. The study will further analyze the impact of pain classification on these four aspects and the correlation between them and provide reference for health education and related care guidance for health care professionals on different levels of chronic pain, and provide theoretical support for scientific assessment of the chronic pain population in China.
