研究目的：

1. 探索伴思维形式障碍（FTD）的发病期精神分裂症患者语言加工通路结构与功能左侧偏侧化优势的改变，揭示语言加工损害与思维形式障碍症状的相关性； 2. 探索疾病发生前遗传高危人群语言加工通路左侧偏侧化优势的改变，为疾病的早期识别提供潜在的生物学指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the changes of language processing pathways in left dominant hemisphere (both structure and function) in formal thought disorder (FTD) in schizophrenic patients with a current psychotic episode, and to reveal the correlation between language processing deficits and symptoms of FTD; 2. To explore the changes of language processing pathways in left dominant hemisphere in their non-psychotic first-degree relatives, and to provide the potential biological indicators for early identification of schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴FTD症状的发病期精神分裂症患者组：除精神分裂症之外符合ICD-10的其他精神疾病，近3月内接受ECT治疗，严重躯体疾病，脑器质性疾病，不能配合检查者。
2. 不伴FTD症状的发病期精神分裂症患者组：除精神分裂症之外符合ICD-10的其他精神疾病，近3月内接受ECT治疗，患严重躯体疾病，患脑器质性疾病，不能配合检查者。
3. 高危人群组：符合任何ICD-10的精神疾病， 患严重躯体疾病，患脑器质性疾病，不能配合检查者。
4. 健康对照组：符合任何ICD-10的精神疾病， 患严重躯体疾病，患脑器质性疾病，不能配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. FTD patients:
1) meet ICD-10 criteria for mental disorders except schizophrenia (such as organic mental disorder, etc);
2) electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within 3 months;
3) having severe physical illness;
4) unable to complete the examination.
2. Non-FTD patients:
1) meet ICD-10 criteria for mental disorders except schizophrenia (such as organic mental disorder, etc);
2) ECT within 3 months;
3) having severe physical illness;
4) unable to complete the examination.
3. Non-psychotic first-degree relatives:
1) meet ICD-10 criteria for any mental disorders;
2) having severe physical illness;
3) unable to complete the examination.
4. Healthy Controls:
1) meet ICD-10 criteria for any mental disorders;
2) having severe physical illness;
3) unable to complete the examination.
