研究目的：

探讨先天性梅毒远期预后并分析影响患儿远期预后的相关因素，为临床早期合理诊治系统项目的、改善远期预后提供相关理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the long-term prognosis of congenital syphilis and analyze the relevant factors that affect the long-term prognosis of children, providing relevant theoretical basis for the early rational diagnosis and treatment of systematic projects in clinical practice and improving long-term prognosis.

Inclusion criteria

Congenital syphilis confirmed during hospitalization: Children born to pregnant women with syphilis infection can be diagnosed as congenital syphilis if they meet any of the following criteria: 
(1) The child's skin and mucous membrane damage or tissue samples have positive pathogenic tests (pathogenic testing methods include dark field microscopy, silver staining microscopy, and nucleic acid amplification test); 
(2) Positive IgM antibody test for Treponema pallidum at birth; 
(3) The quantitative test result of non syphilitic spirochete serological test at birth is positive, with a titer greater than or equal to 4 times the mother's pre delivery titer (2 dilutions), and the syphilitic spirochete serological test result is positive; 
(4) Children who cannot be diagnosed with congenital syphilis at birth, and whose non Treponema pallidum serological test results change from negative to positive or increase by 4 times the titer (2 dilutions) during any follow-up process, and whose Treponema pallidum serological test is positive; 
(5) Children who have not been diagnosed with congenital syphilis before 18 months of age still have positive serological tests for Treponema pallidum after 18 months of age.
