研究目的：

1. 了解TAAD患者术后发生PND的现状，探讨其术前、术中、术后独立危险因素。 2. 构建TAAD术后PND的风险预测模型，为临床医护人员预测TAAD患者术后发生PND的风险概率提供预测工具。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the current status of PND occurrence in TAAD patients after surgery and explore its independent risk factors before, during and after surgery. 2. To construct a risk prediction model for postoperative PND in TAAD and provide a predictive tool for clinical healthcare professionals to predict the risk probability of postoperative PND in TAAD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术中死亡患者；
（2）术后2小时内死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intraoperative death;
(2) Patients who died within 2 hours after surgery.
