Objectives of Study：

Assess the accuracy of the Ophthalmologist Robot's screening for common blindness-causing eye diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能自主地配合眼科医师机器人检查，如患有严重的精神疾病等；
2.关键的门诊数据缺失，如诊断结果等；
3.眼表及眼底图像质量极差；
4.由于诊断后的治疗和其他因素（如白内障手术等），使得在拍照时该患者的眼部体征有显著的前后变化。

Exclusion criteria：

1. They are unable to cooperate autonomously with the Ophthalmologist Robot examination, for instance, they have a serious mental illness;
2. Outpatient data with key information are missing, e.g., diagnoses;
3. Ocular images are of poor quality;
4. The sign of their ocular images at the time have changed significantly due to post-diagnostic treatment and other factors, such as cataract surgery.

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

有5年及以上临床经验的眼科医生对参与者进行裂隙灯检查并诊断，必要时结合最佳矫正视力、眼压、OCT、荧光染色等辅助检查得出最终诊断。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

An outpatient ophthalmologist with at least 5 years of clinical experience will inquiry participants and examine both eyes with the slit lamp to arrive at a diagnosis. If necessary, the clinical consultation will also include best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intra-ocular pressure (IOP), optical coherence tomography.

Index test:

Based on the ocular surface and fundus photos of the Ophthalmologist Robot, the evaluation results of the participants' eyes will be obtained through online ophthalmologists and artificial intelligence models.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

患有常见致盲性眼病的人群，主要包括角膜炎、角膜瘢痕、白内障、青光眼视神经病变、糖尿病性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、病理性近视。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Participants with common blindness-causing eye diseases mainly include keratitis, corneal scar, cataract, glaucomatous optic neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and pathological myopia.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：
