通过随机、双盲对照试验，探索补充维生素D改善“Long COVID”  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized, double-blind controlled trial to explore vitamin D supplementation to improve "Long COVID"

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 长期服用维生素D3、降钙素、钙剂或利尿药、洋地黄、含磷药物者； 2. 高钙血症或维生素D 增多症或高磷血症伴肾性佝偻病患者； 3. 存在严重基础疾病：肿瘤、脑卒中、器官衰竭等； 4. 对明胶、甘油过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term use of vitamin D3, calcitonin, calcium or diuretics, digitalis, phosphorus-containing drugs.
2. Patients with hypercalcemia or vitamin D hyperplasia or hyperphosphatemia with nephrogenic rickets.
3. Presence of serious underlying diseases: tumors, strokes, organ failure, etc..
4. Allergic to gelatin and glycerin.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表：利用统一设计的调查记录表进行问卷调查，所有研究对象均采用一对一、面对面的访谈方式，填写统一制定的调查表。随访期间，由进行过专业培训的调查人员对纳入的所有受试者进行随访。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case record form.Questionnaires were conducted using a uniformly designed survey record form, and all study subjects were interviewed one-on-one, face-to-face, and filled out a uniformly developed questionnaire. During the follow-up period, all subjects included were followed up by investigators who had undergone professional training.
