研究目的：

通过综合运动干预，比较衰弱患者干预前后分子标记物的变化，结合衰弱评估量表，筛选出可用于预测和评估老年衰弱干预效果的特异性分子标记物，补充到适宜于中国人的老年衰弱评估量表和模型中。并在此基础上，开发可用于老年衰弱干预疗效评估的检测试剂盒。

Objectives of Study：

Through comprehensive exercise intervention, the changes of molecular markers in frailty patients before and after intervention were compared. Combined with frailty assessment scales, the specific molecular markers that can be used to predict and evaluate the effect of elderly frailty intervention were screened, and added to the elderly frailty assessment scales and models suitable for Chinese people. On this basis, a detection kit that can be used to evaluate the efficacy of elderly frailty intervention was developed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有进展性恶性肿瘤； 2.重要脏器功能严重衰竭者； 3.精神及神经疾患不能配合医师； 4.近2周内患有急性进展性疾病，如脑血管疾病、消化道出血、肝肾功能不全等； 5.存在运动禁忌症； 6.入组前3个月每天规律运动的时间超过1小时； 7.三个月内参加其他医疗器械试验或药物临床试验者； 8.研究者认为不宜参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with progressive malignant tumors; 2. Severe failure of important organs; 3. Inability to cooperate with doctors due to mental and neurological disorders; 4. Acute progressive disease within the past 2 weeks, such as cerebrovascular disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.; 5. There were contraindications to exercise; 6. Regular exercise for more than 1 hour per day in the 3 months before enrollment; 7. Those who participated in other medical device trials or drug clinical trials within three months; 8. Ther conditions considered by the investigators to be inappropriate for participating in the study.
