研究目的：

测定不同分组受试者的呼出气中的一氧化氮、一氧化碳及硫化氢等指标，分析呼出气能否作为早期慢阻肺的生物标志物。

Objectives of Study：

To determine the indexes of nitric oxide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide in exhaled breath of subjects in different groups, and to analyze whether exhaled gas can be used as a biomarker of early COPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有临床医生认为可能导致肺功能异常的疾病，如肺癌、支气管扩张症、间质性肺疾病、既往胸部手术史等； 2. 正在参加其它干预性临床研究； 3. 近3个月内有其他严重的疾病病于1个月内住院治疗； 4. 不能配合完成肺功能等检查的； 5. 无法提供书面知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffer from diseases that clinicians believe may lead to abnormal lung function, such as lung cancer, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, previous history of chest surgery, etc; 2. Who is participating in other interventional clinical studies; 3. Other serious diseases in the past 3 months were hospitalized within 1 month; 4. Those who are unable to cooperate to complete the examination of lung function, etc; 5. Unable to provide written informed consent.
