研究目的：

探讨椎动脉压迫延髓引起偏瘫的发病特征及显微血管减压术治疗该疾病的技术特点，以提高对此类疾病的诊断及治疗水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the characteristics of the hemiplegia caused by vertebral artery compression of medulla oblongata and the technical characteristics of microvascular decompression for the disease so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①病因明确引起的偏瘫；
②有交流困难及依从性差的患者；
③妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
④发现其他重大疾病及严重精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A definite cause of hemiplegia;
2. Patients with poor communication and poor compliance;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Other major diseases and severe mental disorders were found.
