研究目的：

分析新冠病毒感染后耳鸣的临床特征;了解新冠病毒感染后耳鸣发生可能的机制;分析新冠病毒感染后耳鸣的治疗效果及可能的影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical characteristics of tinnitus after COVID-19 infection; To understand the possible mechanism of tinnitus after COVID-19 infection; To analyze the therapeutic effect and possible influencing factors of tinnitus after COVID-19 infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

耳鸣咨询：所有患者开始治疗前均接受耳鸣咨询治疗，包括解释耳鸣的可能病因，发病机制，影响因素、可能的预后及注意事项 声治疗：根据耳鸣频率及响度匹配结果制定声治疗处方，3次/天，每次30分钟，合并听觉过敏患者给予声脱敏治疗3次/天，每次30分钟； 药物治疗：营养神经类药物：如甲钴胺，银杏叶提取物片等,合并合并睡眠及情绪障碍的患者可给予药物治疗睡眠及情绪障碍的患者可给予药物治疗,合并头痛患者酌情给予对症合并头痛患者酌情给予对症处理处理,记录用药情况记录用药情况 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Tinnitus counseling: All patients received tinnitus counseling before starting treatment, including explanations of the possible etiology, pathogenesis, influencing factors, possible prognosis and precautions of tinnitus. Acoustic therapy: According to the matching results of tinnitus frequency and loudness, the prescription of acoustic therapy was formulated, 3 times/day, 30 minutes each time. Patients with hearing allergy were given acoustic desensitization therapy 3 times/day, 30 minutes each time. Drug treatment: nutritional neuropathic drugs: such as mecobalamine, ginkgo leaf extract tablets, etc. Patients with sleep and mood disorders can be given drug treatment. Patients with sleep and mood disorders can be given drug treatment. Patients with headache should be given symptomatic treatment as appropriate, and the medication situation should be recorded. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.客观性耳鸣或搏动性耳鸣；
2.合并外耳道炎，慢性中耳炎、中耳胆脂瘤、耳硬化症、梅尼埃病及听神经瘤等耳部疾病；
3.合并严重精神疾病患者，如精神分裂症患者；
4.伴有严重心脏病、脑梗死、脑出血、控制不良的高血压病及糖尿病、恶性疾病、心衰、心律失常、血透、痴呆等严重疾病者；
5.孕期及哺乳期妇女；
6.无法完成所有耳鸣评估和检查者；
7.无法定期随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Objective tinnitus or pulsating tinnitus;
2. Combined with external otitis, chronic otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma, otosclerosis, Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma and other ear diseases;
3. Patients with severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia;
4. Patients with severe heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes, malignant disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, hemodialysis, dementia and other serious diseases;
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. Unable to complete all tinnitus assessments and tests;
7. Patients who cannot be followed up regularly.
