拟通过收集临床流产胎儿的脑组织，进行单细胞核测序和空间转录组测序，分析胎儿先天性神经系统异常疾病的演变过程，诸如神经管缺陷、唇腭裂、唐氏综合征、和法洛氏四联症等。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the evolution of fetal congenital neurological disorders, such as neural tube defects, cleft lip and palate, Down syndrome, and tetralogy of Fallot, by collecting the brain tissue of clinically aborted fetuses and conducting single nuclear sequencing and spatial transcriptome sequencing.
