评估老年听力社区康复模式在社区应用的可行性、可接受性和初步疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of the community-based rehabilitation intervention for older adults with hearing impairment

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.两种或两种以上日常生活活动的困难； 2.不符合WHO有关助听器类听力辅具佩戴标准的患者，如鼓膜穿孔、听骨链异常、听神经肿瘤、梅尼埃综合征等； 3.过去一年内曾经接受或正在接受某种听力干预治疗的患者； 4.不愿定期（每天或几乎每天）佩戴助听器的患者； 5.患有传导性听力障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Difficulties in two or more daily activities; 2. Patients who do not meet the WHO standards for wearing hearing aids, such as perforation of the eardrum, abnormal ossicular chain, acoustic nerve tumors, Meniere's syndrome, etc; 3. Patients who have received or are currently receiving some type of hearing intervention treatment within the past year; 4. Patients who are unwilling to wear hearing aids regularly (every day or almost every day); 5. Patients with conductive hearing impairment.

基于REDCap系统进行随机化。根据年龄和听力损伤严重程度分层产生与样本编号相对应的随机数字，根据随机数字按大小号分组，将研究对象随机按1:1均匀分至干预组与对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

REDCap system was used to generate the random number. The computer-generated randomisation sequence will be stratified by age and the severity of the hearing impairment. Participants are randomized 1:1 to the hearing intervention or the control group by an independent person who was not involved in the study.
