研究目的：

观察补中益气汤治疗脾虚型失眠疗效，进一步探讨其干预机理，探索失眠治疗的新思路，并扩大其应用范围。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the curative effect of Patients with insomnia belonging to the spleen deficiencytreated with BuzhongYiqiTang,further study the mechanism of those interventions, explore new ideas for the treatment of insomnia, and expand its scope of application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者；（2）妊娠或哺乳期患者；（3）近一周出现感染及发热者；（4）近三个月内曾参加过其它临床试验者；(5)既往有器质性消化道疾病史或者胃肠道手术史的，合并有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；（6）失眠症共病抑郁症、焦虑症，精神分裂症、躁狂症，其中SAS标准分≥60分， SDS标准分≥62分者；（7）既往有癫痫，睡眠呼吸暂停，COPD，双相性精神障碍，精神发育迟缓，认知障碍，不宁腿综合征等病史者；（8）6个月内，服用抗生素、糖皮质激素、菌群调节剂、免疫调节剂等药物；(9)近2周内服用镇静安眠药、抗精神病药、促胃肠动力药物、泻药或止泻药等药物;(10)BMI≥28kg/m2或BMI＜18.5kg/m2;（11）长期素食者或肉食者，或严重饮食偏好者；(12)近1周食用益生菌类食材（如酸奶、益力多等）；(13)在过去7天内，曾跨越3个或3个以上时区工作或生活者；(14)PSQI＞18分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not conform to the inclusion criteria;
2. Pregnant or lactating patients;
3. Infection and fever in the last week;
4. Participated in other clinical trials in the past three months;
5. Previous history of gastrointestinal disease or gastrointestinal surgery.Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems;
6. Insomnia comorbid depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, mania, the standard score of SAS is≥60, the standard score of SDS is≥62;
7. Patients with a history of epilepsy, OSAHS, COPD, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, cognitive impairment, restless legs syndrome, etc.;
8. Within 6 months, use antibiotics, corticosteroids,immunomodulator , flora regulator and other drugs;
9. In the past 2 weeks, use sedative hypnotics, antipsychotic drugs,gastrointestinal motility drugs,laxative,antidiarrheal agent and other drugs;
10. BMI≥28kg/m2 or BMI＜18.5kg/m2;
11. Long term vegetarians or meatarians,or a serious food preference;
12. Who take probiotic dairy products (like yogurt,yakult)for nearly one weeks;
13. In the past 7 days, who have worked or lived in over 3 or more time zones in the past 3 comorbiddays;
14. PSQI>18.
