研究目的：

使用经皮穴位电刺激结合术后揿针疗法是否可以减少PONV高危人群术后恶心呕吐的发生率和严重程度。能否加速PONV高危人群术后胃肠道功能恢复，促进排气、排便、减少肠胀气时间。改善PONV高危人群术后应激水平，调节自主神经平衡，提高患者满意度。

Objectives of Study：

Can the use of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with postoperative press acupuncture therapy reduce the incidence and severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting in high-risk groups with PONV. Can it accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in high-risk population with PONV after surgery, promote exhaust and defecation, and reduce the time of intestinal flatulence. Improve the postoperative stress level of high-risk population with PONV, adjust the balance of autonomic nervous system, and improve patient satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前１个月内曾接受穴位刺激治疗； 2.穴位处皮肤感染、破损者； 3.不能配合术后揿针穴位按摩患者； 4.手术时间超过2小时或术中转开腹者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have received acupoint stimulation treatment within 1 month before surgery; 2. People with skin infection or damage at acupoints; 3. Unable to cooperate with pressing acupuncture points to massage patients after surgery; 4. Those who have undergone surgery for more than 2 hours or have undergone conversion to laparotomy.
