研究目的：

在考试期间睡眠障碍已成为一个重要的健康问题的背景下，本研究旨在探讨耳穴疗法对上海中医药大学外籍大学生失眠的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of auricular acupressure (AA) insomnia regimen among foreign university students from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine since sleep disturbance during exams has emerged as a significant health problem.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有3个月以上慢性失眠病史者； 2.有严重健康问题的参与者； 3.治疗部位有严重溃疡、脓疮、皮肤感染等； 4.过去3个月内有服用精神药物； 5.过去3个月内接受过针灸治疗或耳穴治疗； 6.入组前 1 个月内参加过其他临床研究或正在参加其他临床研究者； 7.无法完成各种量表填写。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of chronic insomnia for more than 3 months; 2. Participants with serious medical problems; 3. Severe ulcers, abscesses, skin infections, etc. at the treatment site; 4. Participants who have a history of taking psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months; 5. Participants who received Auriculotherapy or Acupuncture in the past 3 months; 6. Participants who have participated in other clinical research or are currently participating in other clinical research within 1 month before enrollment; 7. Unable to complete various scales.

Manual methods "The Hat method"; is by drawing slips of paper with the numbers 1 or 2 out of a hat. Each number corresponded to an intervention, as determined a priori 1 = AA intervention, 2 = no intervention control group with a 1:1 ratio.
