研究目的：

观察不同剂量艾司氯胺酮复合丙泊酚静脉全麻用于宫腔镜检查术的效果，探索日间手术中使用艾司氯胺酮替代或部分替代阿片类药物的可行性，探讨此用药方案在该类手术中的应用优势及不良反应，为临床用药提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of different doses of esketamine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in hysteroscopy, and to explore the feasibility of using esketamine to replace or partially replace opioids in daytime surgery.To explore the advantages and adverse reactions of this regimen in this kind of operation, so as to provide reference for clinical medication.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对艾司氯胺酮或丙泊酚、芬太尼过敏的患者； 2.控制不佳的高血压或不稳定心绞痛患者； 3.先兆子痫和子痫患者； 4.控制不佳的甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）患者； 5.有精神、神经类疾病史患者； 6.有阿片类、艾司氯胺酮药物成瘾史患者； 7.拒绝进行静脉全麻的宫腔镜患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with allergies to ketamine, propofol, or fentanyl; 2. Patients with poor control of hypertension or unstable angina pectoris; 3. Patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia; 4. Patients with poorly controlled hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism); 5. Patients with a history of mental or neurological diseases; 6. Patients with a history of addiction to opioids and ketamine; 7. Hysteroscopic patients who refuse to undergo intravenous general anesthesia.
