研究目的：

1、食欲素与老年围术期睡眠障碍的相关性及预测价值； 2、食欲素在围术期睡眠障碍患者中术后认知功能紊乱的预测价值； 3、外周血中食欲素与脑脊液中食欲素在睡眠-认知障碍中的变化差异及相关性分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The correlation and predictive value of Orexin and perioperative Sleep disorder in the elderly; 2. The predictive value of Orexin in postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with perioperative Sleep disorder; 3. The difference and correlation analysis of changes of Orexin in peripheral blood and Orexin in cerebrospinal fluid in sleep cognitive disorder.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颅脑外伤患者； 2.严重药物依赖患者； 3.精神和心理疾病患者； 4.认知功能障碍患者； 5.无法配合相关实验及测试患者 6.脑脊液和血液标本缺失者； 7.术前麻醉用药者； 8.术中改变麻醉方式患者 9.在入选研究前的 3个月以内参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with traumatic brain injury; 2. Patients with severe drug dependence; 3. Patients with mental and psychological disorders; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment; 5. Unable to cooperate with relevant experiments and test patients 6. Patients with missing cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples; 7. Preoperative anesthesia users; 8. Patients undergoing intraoperative anesthesia changes 9. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
