研究目的：

明确低负荷运动训练对改善PD患者肌力、平衡、步态等运动功能，降低跌倒风险，提高生活质量的作用；积累更多的PD康复评估和治疗经验，为PD运动治疗提供更多、更好的循证医学证据，为PD康复指南或共识的进一步修订提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective was to clarify the effect of low-load exercise training on improving motor functions such as muscle strength, balance, and gait in PD patients, reducing the risk of falls, and improving the quality of life. Accumulate more experience in PD rehabilitation assessment and treatment, provide more and better evidence-based medical evidence for PD exercise therapy, and provide reference for further revision of PD rehabilitation guidelines or consensus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1:不典型帕金森
2:合并其它严重神经系统疾病或运动系统疾病等研究者认为不适合进行运动训练
3:合并严重认知障碍、视觉障碍或听觉障碍等无法配合运动训练
4:合并严重影响运动功能的异动症
5:依从性差

Exclusion criteria：

1:Atypical Parkinson's disease
2:Combined with other serious neurological disorders or diseases of the motor system, researchers believe that exercise training is not suitable
3:Combined with severe cognitive impairment, visual impairment, or hearing impairment. It is impossible to cooperate with sports training
4:Combined with Complicated by dyskinesias that severely affect motor function
5:Poor compliance
