研究目的：

验证4周经皮穴位电刺激是否能够改善高血压合并焦虑或睡眠障碍患者的血压。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether 4-week transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can improve blood pressure in patients with hypertension and anxiety or sleep disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①穴位刺激仪的使用禁忌症：带有心脏起搏器以及其他植入医疗器械的患者；患有急性病，传染病，恶性肿瘤以及其他心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全或其他恶性疾病；穴位皮肤处有伤痕、擦伤新疤、划伤或发炎等 ②肾实质性高血压、肾动脉狭窄及其他血管病引起的高血压、原发性醛固酮增多症及其他内分泌性高血压，及其他原因引起的继发性高血压 ③使用影响血压的药物：例如糖皮质激素，中枢神经系统抑制剂 ④失控的糖尿病 ⑤过去一个月内接受过激素治疗或针灸治疗 ⑥怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史 ⑦备孕、育龄期妇女未避孕者、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女 ⑧参加其他临床试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Contraindications to the use of electric acupuncture apparatus : patients with cardiac pacemakers or other implanted medical devices; suffering from acute diseases, infectious diseases, malignant tumors, other cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or other malignant diseases; wounds, abrasions, new scars, or inflammation on the skin at the acupoints. 2.Hypertension caused by renal parenchymal hypertension, renal artery stenosis, and other vascular diseases, primary aldosteronism, and other endocrine hypertension, as well as secondary hypertension caused by other causes. 3.Using drugs that affect blood pressure, such as glucocorticoids, central nervous system inhibitors. 4.Out of control diabetes mellitus. 5.Have received hormone treatment or acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past month. 6.Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol and drug abuse. 7.Women in preparation for pregnancy,women of childbearing age without contraception, pregnant women, and lactating women 8.Enrolled in other clinical trials.
