研究目的：

比较NIPPV和CPAP在应用于高原缺氧地区新生儿呼吸衰竭呼吸支持的临床效果，评价两种无创呼吸支持模式对于插管率和拔管后再次插管率、BPD发生率、新生儿死亡率的影响，为进一步更新与完善新生儿呼吸衰竭呼吸管理临床指南提供临床医学循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To compare the clinical effect of NIPPV and CPAP on respiratory support of neonates with respiratory failure in high altitude anoxic area. Objective: To investigate the effects of BPD on neonatal mortality and incidence of respiratory failure, and to provide clinical medical evidence for further updating and improving clinical guidelines for respiratory management of neonatal respiratory failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在影响呼吸功能的先天性畸形
2.存在影响呼吸功能神经肌肉疾病
3.存在上呼吸道结构异常
4.拔管后因外科手术需要插管
5.存在活动性脑室内出血

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital malformations that affect the work of breathing 2. Neuromuscular disorders that affect the work of breathing 3.The structure of upper respiratory tract was abnormal 4. Intubation is needed after extubation due to surgical procedures 5. Presence of active intraventricular hemorrhage
