纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有潜在的体力活动风险（符合体力活动风险评估量表PAR-Q中任何一项）。
2. 疾病末期，预期生存期≤12个月；
3. 患有痴呆或严重的认知功能障碍；
4. 有帕金森病及帕金森综合征、癲痫、恶性肿瘤等病史；
5. 有严重的视、听、理解等功能缺陷；
6. 患有严重的精神疾病；
7. 已参加其他干预项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. at potential risk of physical activity (meeting any of the Physical Activity Risk Assessment Scale PAR-Q) 2. have terminal disease with an expected survival of <= 12 months; 3. have dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 4. have a history of Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, malignancy, etc.; 5. have severe functional deficits in vision, hearing and comprehension; 6. have severe mental illness; 7. are already enrolled in other intervention programmes.
