研究目的：

本研究希望通过可穿戴设备及危险因素问卷及睡眠质量问卷观察近视儿童睡眠质量及睡眠障碍发生率，评估近视儿童群体睡眠相关心理异常，并评价基于问卷及可穿戴设备评估的睡眠质量是否存在差异性，并根据两者间一致性调整问卷，以期得到更为准确且便捷的近视儿童睡眠问卷；且基于可穿戴设备测量的更精准的日间光照及活动的定量测量及夜间睡眠状态，并通过无创、安全的唾液样本测量其夜间褪黑素水平，揭示儿童睡眠障碍、日间活动和近视之间可能存在的关系，为近视防控提供临床及基础思路，为下一步研究干预儿童日间行为光照强度、行为习惯及夜间睡眠控制近视提供理论及实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the sleep quality and the incidence of sleep disorders in myopic children by using wearable devices, risk factors questionnaire and sleep quality questionnaire, and to evaluate the sleep-related psychological abnormalities in the group of myopic children, to evaluate the difference of sleep quality based on the questionnaire and wearable device, and adjust the questionnaire according to the consistency of the two, in order to get a more accurate and convenient sleep questionnaire for myopia children; More accurate quantitative measurements of daytime light and activity and nighttime sleep based on wearable devices, as well as measurements of nighttime melatonin levels by non-invasive, safe saliva samples, to reveal the possible relationship between sleep disorders, daytime activities and myopia in children, and to provide clinical and basic ideas for the prevention and control of myopia, to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the further research on the intervention of daytime behavioral light intensity, behavioral habits and nighttime sleep control of myopia in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.矫正视力不能达1.0； 2.患有影响屈光的疾病：如先天性上睑下垂、先天性白内障、青光眼等疾病； 3.睫状肌麻痹散瞳禁忌者，如浅前房、过敏体质； 4.严重全身疾病及精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The corrected visual acuity could not reach 1.0; 2. The patients suffered from diseases that affected refraction, such as congenital blepharoptosis, congenital cataract, glaucoma, etc.; 3. Ciliary muscle paralysis mydriasis taboo, such as shallow anterior chamber, allergic constitution; 4. Serious systemic diseases and mental disorders.
