研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究正念水平对糖尿病症状群的相关性； 2. 次要目的：根据患者自我报告结局及生理指标评价糖尿病足溃疡症状群特征，区分症状群严重程度； 3. 探索性目的：探究患者伤口愈合不同阶段症状群的影响因素与相互作用路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to explore the correlation between the level of mindfulness and diabetes symptom clusters; 2. Secondary purpose: to evaluate the characteristics of diabetic foot ulcer symptom groups according to patients' self-reported outcomes and physiological indicators, and to distinguish the severity of symptom groups; 3. Exploratory purpose: to explore the influencing factors and interaction paths of symptom groups in different stages of wound healing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有痴呆或严重精神疾病(例如精神分裂症)； 2. 接受心理治疗者； 3. 在研究期间服用精神科药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from dementia or severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia); 2. Receiving psychotherapy; 3. Taking psychiatric medication during the study period.
