研究目的：

研究重复经颅磁刺激技术iTBS是否能够调节脑梗死患者运动皮层兴奋性，提高卒中后上肢肢体运动功能和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (iTBS) can regulate motor cortex excitability in patients with cerebral infarction and to improve upper limb motor function and quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.佩戴心脏起搏器或者颅内有金属植入者； 2.有颅骨缺损者； 3.有癫痫病史及癫痫家族史； 4.妊娠期妇女； 5.合并心、肺、肝、肾等重要器官功能障碍或者其他的严重身体疾病； 6.严重的认知或沟通障碍，无法表达感受且依从性较差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Wearing a cardiac pacemaker or having metal implant inside the skull; 2. With skull defects; 3. Have history of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 4. Pregnant; 5. Complication with dysfunction of important organs such as heart,lung,liver,kidney,or other serious physical diseases; 6. Patients with severe cognitive or communication impairment,inability to express feelings,and poor compliance.

首席研究员使用Stata软件按照1:1的比例将受试对象随机分为iTBS组和假刺激组，随机分配的编号生成后，隐藏在密封的不透明信封中。在每名符合入组者提供书面知情同意书并签署后，打开信封决定入组类别和顺序。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The principal invetstigator used Stata software to randomly divide the subjects into iTBS group and sham stimulation group in a 1:1 ratio.The randomly assigned numbers were generated and concealed in sealed opaque envelopes. After each eligible enrollee was recruited for the study and signed a written informed.
